Job Responsibilities:
● The candidate will be given online leads of customers who have applied through the site or through other portals.
● The primary responsibility will be to convert leads into customers. Call leads and provide free advisory on home loans. ● Understand the customer requirements and provide him the right solution using home loan dashboard ● Create robust sales pipeline from the leads provided and do constant follow up with potential customers ● Maintain customer details in systems/dashboard in manner instructed. ● Coordinate with other teams to provide excellent service to customers
Required Skills
● Candidate must have Good communication and convincing skills.
● Preference will be given to candidates that have knowledge about Home Loans
● Ability to work well with people, both internally and with the external customers.
● Prioritize assignments, follow-up to ensure task completion, and manage multiple projects.
