JD for Sales Executive, Sr. Sales Executive

Qualification: Min HSC Pass.

Experience: Min 6months to 2years experience as a sales executive.

(Candidate should have on paper experience in outbound lead generation process /Insurance process /LIC agent or Real estate field).

Shift timing: 11:00am to 6:30pm. 

(Fixed off on Sunday and half day on every Saturday.)                             

Quality:  Avg+  comm.

(Candidate should be confident and have convincing skill).

Process : Outbound (Lead generation) (office + Field work).

Interview Mode: 2 Rounds Only.

No. of Position:  Sales Executive 30.

                                   Sr.Sales Executive 25.

 Salary:

For Sales Executive 10K to 13K   in hand   (depend on experience and interview  ) + Incentive.

For Sr. Sales Executive 13K to 18K   in hand   (depend on experience and interview )+ Incentive.

Training will be provided, salary will start from joining date.

JD for Business Development Executive /Manager  and Sr. BDM (BDE and BDM)

Qualification: Min HSC Pass or Graduate.

Experience:  Good Experience as a BDE or min 4years Experience as a sales Executive.(Candidate should have on paper experience in  outbound lead generation process /Insurance process /LIC agent  or Real estate field).

Shift timing: 11:00am to 6:30pm. 

Fixed off on Sunday and half day on every Saturday.

Quality:  Good Communication Skill.

(Candidate should be confident and have convincing skill).

Process: Outbound (Lead generation) (office + Field work).

Interview Mode: 2 Rounds Only.

No. of Position:  BDE   25.

                                  BDM  20.

Salary:

For   BDE 18K to 25K   in hand (depend on experience and interview) + Incentive.

For  BDM   25K to 32K   in hand (depend on experience and interview)+ Incentive.

For  Sr. BDM   35K to 70K   in hand (depend on experience and interview)+ Incentive.

Training will be provided , salary will start from joining date.
