    Qualification : Degree/Diploma-Civil
      Experience : 4 - 10 Yrs 

    To ensure that the Contractors/Subcontractors complies with All Health, Safety & Environment related requirements of BIAL and that of National & Local rules and regulations.
    To ensure that ALL employees are sufficiently trained related the HSE Issues on a construction site
    Conducting periodical trainings pertaining HSE in line with the legal requirements.
    Ensuring an accident/injury free workplace.
    Safeguarding companys interest pertaining to Health, Safety & Environment on site. 
    Ensuring that contractors are not compromising on matters related to HSE
    Coordinating with the Project Head/Safety head on matters related to HSE.
    Evaluating the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Risk Control (HIRARC) procedure and ensuring its implementation by the respective Contractors. 
    Ensure appropriate/standard PPE is procured.
    Site Safety Inspections & Safety Audits
    Act as secretary of Safety Committee and record minutes of meetings
    In the event of accident/incident, conducting investigation and apprising the same to Management.
