Qualification required  : PGDM / MBA in Sales, Marketing / Communication
Experience required      : Minimum 3to 5 Years in Direct Sales & Business Development.
Preferred industry          : IT, Software, Applications, Cloud Technologies etc.

Roles and Responsibilities: A 100% Customer Facing Role with Primary Responsibility of New Customer Acquisition & accomplishing requisite revenue goals. “Generating Direct Leads & Building A Strong Prospect Funnel” enabling Conversion into Business Revenue.
ü  Identifying Prospects , Meeting Peer Level Customers
ü  Schedule & Align  Appointments for  companies Senior Personal for onward engagement
ü  Client  Calls & Generation of leads via direct customer meeting
ü  Coverage & Mapping of Large Major Accounts 
ü  Conversion of Prospects into Business Accounts
ü  Creating Opportunities for Recurrent Business
ü  Generating & Maintaining Recurrent Sales Pipeline  and Identify Potential Business Opportunities
ü  Basic Product Presentation / Demonstration
ü  Any other duties as may be reasonably assigned from time to time

Essential Requisites:

ü  A proven track record in selling to large named accounts and mid-market accounts
ü  Ability to position Sales at a strategic level in accounts
ü  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to converse confidently
ü  Basic Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel , Power Point and Outlook)
ü  Capable of Managing Professional Social Media platforms for prospect  research &  engagements
ü  Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
ü  Ability to work independently, Complete assignments within assigned parameter
ü  Must be conversant with Mumbai territory, Location Spread of Verticals & Prospect Opportunities
ü  Must Be Fluent in English (And including either of local vernacular Marathi / Hindi)
ü  Pleasing Personality.
ü  Experience in Interacting &managing BFSI, Corporates, Pharma & Major Enterprise Accounts etc.

CTC:
o   Range between 4.00 lac to 6.00 lac
o   In addition to the above the incumbent will be eligible forApplicable perquisites from the Company as per Companies policy
