Opening for Digital Marketing Head

1. In-depth knowledge of Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager and other similar portals

2. In-depth knowledge of analytics tools

3. Setting the digital marketing function which should eventually redefine the role digital plays in e-com industry

4. Build a solid in-house team to lead all digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, Affiliate, Email, Whats App, Social Media, Analytics and content. 

 5. Make digital the core of all customer understanding and analytics to drive business strategies

 6. Manage external marketing partners and agencies

 7. Planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing and technology efforts and being responsible for all campaign deliverables

 8. Manage multiple projects across markets

 9. Provide insightful recommendations and thought leadership initiatives based on prior experience, industry trends and analytics


 1. Proven work experience as head of digital function across Financial Markets

 2. Experience with online marketing and web based technologies

 3. Proven track record in managing performance campaigns, branding initiatives, innovative content strategies across digital media platforms

 4. Entrepreneurial mind-set to set something which would become the trend-setter for real estate industry

 5. Strong leadership and inter-personal skills to help drive the new wave of online and digital growth within the organization and also with the clients

 6. Strong quantitative & analytical skills to help use digital technologies as a backbone for building organization intelligence and information

7. Experience - 6 to 8 years of experience.

8.Salary- 7-9 Lac package. (depending upon the interview)
